Timeline for Submissions and Voting:
Submission Period
Opens: Monday, 22nd July 2025
Closes: Friday, 23rd August 2025 (5 weeks)
Ambassadors can submit their nominations during this period, showcasing their achievements, creativity, and contributions to the [comfort zone] community.
Voting Deadline:
All votes must be submitted by 18:00 on 23th August . This will allows peers, clients, and internal teams to vote for their favourite ambassadors in the People’s Choice category and support excellence across the board.
Selection Process and Winner Announcement
The [comfort zone] team will review all submissions, tally votes, and finalise winners based on the six award criteria. This ensures a fair and thoughtful selection process.
